Payments and Deadlines
☆ Do not cash-in if paying via Gcash. 2% fees apply if you do this
☆ Automatic late payment fee will apply after the DOP. LPF = 50 per day. Until 7 days only, otherwise automatic cancellation with cancellation fee 50% of total order OR no refund of dp if 50% or more is paid.

☆ PAYO means pay immediately after invoice. Do not claim if you can not make immediate payment
Storage and Shipping
☆ strictly no rush shipping
☆ I'm not liable for lost/damaged/swapped mail caused by courier’s fault/mishandling. Contact the courier directly on your own if this happens using the provided reference and tracking number.
☆ All orders are insured up to ₱500, dm if you want declare higher value and pay the necessary insurance fee
☆ I will only keep items for 14 days max. Afterwards, it is considered abandoned and will be reposted for sale
Item Condition & Inclusions
☆ X sensitive = not mint condition and may have flaws
☆ no cancellation because of the flaw when X sensi is stated

Cancellation and Returns
☆ Cancellation fee: 50% of total order
☆ Returned items can be shipped again if buyer will shoulder the sf. Buyer will shoulder any fees charged by courier because of the return.
☆ No refunds for RTS items
Packaging
☆ Packing fee:
→ photocards: ₱15
→ large merch: ₱15 (bbw only)
→ Requests for specific packaging for bulky items will be shouldered by buyer (eg. new box)
→ additional ₱5 per toploader
☆ Standard Packaging:
→ Up to 2 Photocards - toploader, chipboard, plastic, bubble mailer
→ Bulk photocards - plastic, chipboard, box if needed, bubble wrap/bubble mailer
→ large merch: plastic wrap if needed, bubble wrap
Pre-orders & Group Orders
☆ I have no control over the condition of the items and delays in shipment
☆ always X sensi for pcs abroad as condition is mostly undisclosed
☆ strictly no backing out once you claim/join
